Larger bench constituted to hear ZAB case



The Supreme Court announced the names of the lawyers who will assist the court during the hearing of the case. 

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has constituted a larger bench which will hear the Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto reference case on May 2, DawnNews reported on Thursday.
The Supreme Court announced the names of the lawyers who will assist the court during the hearing of the case.
The lawyers include Ali Ahmed Kurd, Khalid Anwar, Fakhuruddin G. Ibrahim, Latif Afridi, S.M. Zaffar, Tariq Mehmood, Abdul Hafeez Pirzada, Aitzaz Ahsan and Makhdoom Ali Khan.
During Thursday’s proceedings, the government presented its five legal questions which were included in the reference before the court. The questions focused on the legality of the trial.
